Our Turkey Supper was featured in the Mountain Peaks. You can really see the amount of people enjoying a delicious meal (all 14 tables were filled!). We were really kept hopping all night. Thanks to our youth, the Pack 433 Cub Scouts and Troop 434 Boy Scouts for their assistance in the dining room and kitchens. They really helped us “older” veterans.
Leah Dietrich is pictured with the award winning Mountaintop Blitz B-Team cheerleaders. They took two 1st place trophies for their Hello cheer and Hometown cheer and a 3rd place for their Sideline cheer at the Nanticoke Jr. Trojans competition. At the Valley Chiefs competition in Sugarloaf, they took two 2 nd place trophies for their Hello and Sideline cheers and two 1st place trophies for their Hometown cheer and dance.
A 50th class reunion for the Crestwood High School Class of ’65 was celebrated on October 10. Among the class members are Bonnie Silvetti and Ruth Ann Polashenski.
